Route 79 Shining
India's election results have stunned the pundits. Isn't democracy wonderful? Almost exactly one month ago - I saw the wondeful Aishwarya Rai live in concert - here in London - right here in my neighbourhood! I've been meaning to commemorate the occasion with a Route 79/London/UK photo montage of Aish. Have been too busy to get it all done in one go - so I did little bits at a time - and here it is:

This site is truly a treasure-trove of info about London life. I'll be continuing my studies there in a few months, and so I really enjoyed perusing all the great London pics (and even greater Indian music!) that you've got here. Keep up the great work.
Oh, and what a gorgeous pic of Aishwarya Rai!

Hi Lynn - many thanks for your comment! Hope you enjoy your stay when you're over here! London is the coolest place in the world - but be sure to see "real" London - and not just the Central tourist areas.
And I hereby formally declare Aish to be a Londoner :-)

Hi Sarah: yes - you probably didn't copy it from my page - but Yahoo Image search copied it from my page. Try this out: go to the maggot image on your page and right-click on it and select "properties". It will say something like http://www.route79.com/assets/images.. etc. What this means is that your page is linking to my server to get the image. I used that image in a very old posting:

Anyway - don't worry about it. Cheers!

I suppose you have got another of your two fav. things together. You add Dilbert and Chicken Tikka to that somehow, and thats all a Londener would dream of.
